Energy within us is waiting to be released. The unlimited potential imprisoned in a tiny scar of our genes is bursting at the seams. We need to learn ways of increasing our energy resource. We also need to use the energy at our disposal economically and efficiently. We should succeed in life by minimising wastage of energy and conserving it for higher goals.

We need to thoroughly understand the instruments we have, our body and mind, their potential, limitations and the ways of getting things done through them.

We should be able to anticipate problems, analyse present trouble spots and be well prepared to face the future.

We need to decide which is our ultimate goal, mark the path leading to the goal, analyse the ways of reaching the goal, take one step at a time, persist in our efforts and not give up till we reach.
